Chocolate Book Tag

I was tagged by Nikki and Keira @ Lazy Book Lovers! Thanks for tagging me.
I was tagged over a month ago, but due to summer vacation and simply being busy, I had forgotten about the tag. But now I am excited to finally getting mine done!

And I am going to tag:

Cassi @ My Thoughts Literally
Emily and Danie @ Oh Magic Hour
Alex @ BooksyDaisy
Lindsay @ The Broke Book Girls
Brittany @ The Book Addict's Guide

(You don't have to do this. But it is fun to do!)

Dark Chocolate -- A book that covers a dark topic (abuse, domestic violence, rape, loneliness, bullying, death, etc)
(source)

This book is about a notorious serial killer's son. There is a lot of death and violence and just overall a dark read. I round this book to be really interesting and at times intense.

White Chocolate -- Your favorite light-hearted/humorous read
(source)
Right now, I really enjoyed reading The Art of Lainey. I found it to be light-hearted and it made me laugh a lot. I love the characters and the overall story.

Milk Chocolate -- A book that has a lot of hype that you're dying to read
(source)
Okay, so this book isn't even coming out this year. It will be out in the beginning of 2015. But I am dying to read it. Like so much. I can't wait. I need this book in my life.

Chocolate with a caramel center -- Name a book that made you feel all gooey in the middle while you were reading it
(source)
So I really liked this book. And I definitely felt all gooey because of Cricket. I. Love. Him. He'd be in the scene and it would bring a smile to my face. *Swoons just thinking about Cricket* I really enjoyed the entire book and the other characters.

Wafer-free Kit-Kat -- Name a book that surprised you lately
(source)
I recently read this book and I love it! And most of all I loved that there were things that still surprised me and shocked me a little while reading. (Definitely a few things I didn't see coming). And now I am really anxious for Mortal Heart. (I wish it was November...)

Snickers -- A book that you are going nuts about
(source)
So...I am totally crazy about this book. I read it a few months ago and I am planning on re-reading soon. I want an actual copy to hold in my hands and go up on my shelf with my ARC. I seriously love it. And I am still nuts about it and wanting more. (It comes out in October...yet I am dying for number 2 already!)

Hot Chocolate with cream and marshmallows -- What book would you turn to for a comfort read?

I think I would turn to the Harry Potter series as a comfort read. I love reading those books, I read them growing up through Middle School High School, and College. So they have sentimental value to me and are just really important to me as a reader.

Box of chocolates -- What series have you read that you feel has a wide variety and a little something for everyone?

This is one of my favorite series EVER. I love it so much. I have read Cinder a few times now. And it would be like a comfort read to me. But I decided to use it for this question, because I do think it has a little something for everyone.
There is action. Romance. Science Fiction. Fantasy. Retelling. AMAZING characters!!! Female Empowerment!
I just feel like there is SO MUCH AWESOME packed into this series.
If you haven't read it...please check it out. I think it is incredible, spectacular, wonderful, and all other great synonyms!

Have you read any of these book? Did you enjoy them as much as I have? What are some books you would pick for these categories?
